WRI delivered the strategic plan for CC THRIVE – a federally funded effort to address youth gang and gun violence in Cumberland County.

The culmination of a collective process of the CC THRIVE Steering Committee, the plan will guide the first two years of this critical initiative and build sustainable action in the county.

The steering committee — which includes Freeholder Director Joe Derella, Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae, Bridgeton Mayor Albert Kelly and a diverse array of education, law enforcement, government agency, nonprofit, and community leaders – has developed a plan focused on prevention, intervention and treatment, law enforcement and suppression, and reentry.

WRI is proud to support such an important initiative and looks forward to helping over the next two years as CC THRIVE launches into action.
