Kristin serves as a Research Project Assistant for the Research and Evaluation team and focuses on program evaluation, strategic planning, and mission alignment. Kristin assists in the organization, data collection, and evaluation for various projects in southern New Jersey, including the Pascale Sykes Foundation’s Strengthening Family Initiative. She has worked on projects for a variety of other partners, including the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the Office of Research and Economic Development at Rutgers University, Bloomberg Philanthropies, and Holly City Development Corporation.

Kristin received her bachelor’s degree in psychology and women’s and gender studies from the University of Delaware in 2017 and her master’s degree in experimental psychology from Rutgers University-Camden in 2020. She has presented research at different professional conferences, including the Eastern Psychology Association and Society for Personality and Social Psychology. Her research interests in psychology include health psychology, body image, gender, and social relationships.
