She recently graduated from Rutgers University – Camden with a Master’s in Public Administration. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Art from Moore College of Art & Design, where she majored in Curatorial Studies and minored in textile design. Her undergraduate thesis focused on juxtaposing the marshlands, the glass industry, and a fisherman’s bottle collection in Cumberland County.
Before joining WRI, Jackie worked as an administrator for the Free Library of Philadelphia Foundation and held a position in business operations for the Barnes Foundation. Like her art practice, her policy interests focus on the importance of family, communities, and the value of a sense of place.
