Kiersten Westley Henson, M.A., M.S.
Research Project Coordinator
Kiersten Kiersten received her B.A. and M.A. in Psychology and an M.S. in Public Affairs/Community Development from Rutgers Camden. Her research focuses on environmental health, pollution, chronic diseases, mental health and natural disasters affecting Native American/Indigenous populations and communities–all with an emphasis on the geographical locations of South Jersey, New Orleans, and other rural populations. Kiersten joins WRI’s Research and Evaluation team in conducting quantitative analysis and leading focused studies for the Pascale Sykes Strengthening Families Initiative and supporting the evaluation of the Veterans Serving Veterans program in the Rutgers-Camden School of Nursing.
