We’re here for you.

Community and government leaders, service providers, educators and others can partner with us to improve programs and outcomes, and more effectively plan for the region’s future. We provide in-depth research and customized analysis, technical assistance, organizational support and training that can range from generalized program evaluation and data analysis to strategic planning and implementation. We also evaluate policy to identify the issues affecting residents in the near and long-term, and provide this information to decision-makers to help inform solutions.

Our team has functional expertise in:

                • Research, evaluation, and strategic planning
                • Convening, facilitation, and community engagement
                • Capacity building, technical assistance and training

Without the Rand Institute’s administration, a lot of these things wouldn’t have happened. They have done an excellent job over the years. You can’t put a price tag on it.
