Devon is a Senior Research Project Administrator at the Senator Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs at Rutgers University Camden. Devon currently leads multiple projects in the social service and violence prevention spaces. Recently Devon led the evaluation of the Camden-based Bloomberg Philanthropies Public Art Challenge: A New View and served as the principal investigator of the Seeking Work in Southern New Jersey Workforce Access Project. Prior to joining WRI, she worked in various roles at the Malcolm Wiener Center for Social Policy and the Ash Center for Democratic Governance and Innovation at the Harvard Kennedy School. Devon’s experience and research interests focus on the intersection of social policy and research, with emphasis on gun violence prevention, poverty narratives, and economic mobility. Devon holds a bachelor’s degree from The College of New Jersey and a master’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania.
